Our private Pilates studio features all state of the art Balanced Body Equipment including the Studio Reformer, Reformer/Half Trapeze Combination, Cadillac, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel, and a variety of small equipment (Bosu, fitness circles, stability balls, foam rollers, spine correctors, flex-bands, and free weights).

The studio prides itself in excellent professional personal service addressing the needs of the clients physically and mentally so they develop strong flexible bodies balanced from the inside out. Sessions are tailored to the specific need and goals of the client, for example: toning particular areas of the body, rehabilitating an injury, bringing relaxation and strength to the body, or activity-specific training such as dance, martial arts, or a particular sport.
